+- connect the USB-C data cable => a blue LED goes on, display is black
+- press the BOOT button - to the right of the display

Now try flashing with the [Web Flasher](https://flasher.meshtastic.org/) with device "Tlora T3s3 V1"; if it finally says "Next" and the display stays dark with only the blue LED on, use the [CLI](https://meshtastic.org/docs/getting-started/flashing-firmware/esp32/cli-script) to flash Meshtasic to the node.
