fix: Ensure external hooks post workflow execute run in queue mode (#7947) 
## Summary
Since 1.8.x a refactor removed the call to `workflow.postExecute`'s
External hook from the execution path. This PR adds it back to the
correct place, where workers are supposed to call this, allowing us to
avoid having to re-read the execution data in the caller just for the
hooks.

It is important to have the hooks running in the worker whenever
possible to prevent having to read the full execution data in the
caller.

#### How to test the change:
1. Use the attached hooks file
[external-hooks.txt](https://github.com/n8n-io/n8n/files/13597270/external-hooks.txt)
setting it up via environment variable using `export
EXTERNAL_HOOK_FILES=/path/to/hooks/external-hooks.js`
2. Set up queue mode loading this file in both main and workers
3. See that the message logs will not be displayed without this fix

fix: Run dev command only for core packages (no-changelog) (#7928) 
## Summary

- Filters out `@n8n/chat` and `n8n-design-system` from `pnpm run dev`
- Fixes dev/build error appearing due to code string `import ... from
'@n8n/chat'`

2. The command should not run for the two packages above
3. The error regarding `@n8n/chat` should no longer appear

## Summary

What: Fix issue of login endpoint returning secret and recovery codes
when MFA is enabled. Bug was introduced in this
[PR](https://github.com/n8n-io/n8n/pull/6994), specifically in this
[line](https://github.com/n8n-io/n8n/pull/6994/files#diff-95a87cb029a3d26e6722df2e68132453fc254fc1f4540cbdaa95cfdbda1893deL91).

Why: We should not be filtering the secret and recovery codes

fix(core): Fix hard deletes stopping if database query throws (#7848) 
I have observed that the next hard deletion timeout is not scheduled if
the `hardDeleteOnPruningCycle` function throws when fetching the data
from the database. That is because the thrown error is not caught and
the `scheduleHardDeletion` method is not called.

This PR moves the call to `scheduleHardDeletion` into the
`scheduleHardDeletion` for better cohesion, and ensures that it is
called even if `hardDeleteOnPruningCycle` throws.

refactor: Switch plain errors in nodes-base to ApplicationError (no-changelog) (#7914) 
Ensure all errors in `nodes-base` are `ApplicationError` or children of
it and contain no variables in the message, to continue normalizing all
the backend errors we report to Sentry. Also, skip reporting to Sentry
errors from user input and from external APIs. In future we should
refine `ApplicationError` to more specific errors.

perf(editor): Improve performance when opening large workflows with node issues (#7901) 
This PR should improve performance when opening large workflows that
contain node issues (Fixes ADO-1521)

**Background**
Main reason for this poor performance is that our `getCurrentWorkflow()`
store getter is unnecessarily heavy but on top of that we are calling it
more than we need. This addresses the second part of the issue by
changing the following:
- Pausing node issue processing while workflows are loading
- Only getting current workflow once (instead for every node) when
calling `refreshNodeIssues`

**Benchmark**
This was tested on a workflow attached to [this Linear
ticket](https://linear.app/n8n/issue/ADO-1501/deliveryhero-enterprise-instance-very-slow-loading-workflows)
and this fix brings down opening time from **~1m10s** to **~28s** on my
laptop.

## Summary
In an effort to do as little processing as possible in each `Node`
component, this PR passes current workflow object to it as a property
instead of calling the slow `getCurrentWorkflow` store getter a few
times in each node. This should substantially improve loading times for
large workflows.

As a benchmark, I was using a workflow from [this Linear
ticket](https://linear.app/n8n/issue/ADO-1501/deliveryhero-enterprise-instance-very-slow-loading-workflows)
and this fix brought down opening time by **20 seconds**. Together with
fixes from #7901, this workflow was opening in less than **10 seconds**
on my laptop.

due to missing build dependencie. To get around this, we split the build
into two phases. In the building phase, we install the build
