chore: ignore/include metrics for FreeBSD (#3242)

* chore: ignore/include metrics for FreeBSD

Ignore non-deterministic metrics and include deterministic ones.

Use go123 for NetBSD from upstream release channel rather than the
package manager as that doesn't exist.
