Jan De Dobbeleer 4f83452e84 fix(hyperlink): use unique format to avoid conflicts 
BREAKING CHANGE: this can cause existing manual hyperlinks
(`[text](link)`) to stop working. To fix, change those to
the following syntax: `«text»(link)`
