Michael Hoffmann 2dcaa1511c API: expose lowest TSDB timestamp in /api/v1/status/tsdb ... Add information about the lowest timestamp in the TSDB to /api/v1/status/tsdb. This feature would be useful to have in Thanos so that the Thanos Sidecar can adjust its advertised range so we can more precisely prune endpoints during fan-out.
