track OOO-ness in tsdb into a histogram (#56) 
* track OOO-ness in tsdb into a histogram

This should help with building an understanding of customer requirements
as far as how far back samples tend to go.
Note: this has already been discussed, reviewed and approved on:
https://github.com/grafana/mimir/pull/488

GoPkg

This directory contains the Prometheus TSDB (Time Series DataBase) library, which handles storage and querying of all Prometheus v2 data.

Due to an issue with versioning, the "latest" docs shown on Godoc are outdated. Instead you may use the docs for v2.31.1
